About Me

I am a real estate professional with a core competency belief in integrity, professionalism, and efficiency. 

Prior to launching my career into the real estate industry in 2002, I was the co-owner of a computer consulting company. I functioned as the Public Relations Manager and Project Manager, while also providing corporate class instruction for new system applications.   These skills have proved to be very useful in the Real Estate industry. 

I have chosen to specialize in Residential property sales within the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas, focusing on resale, relocation, the special needs of Seniors in transition and first time home buyers. I  utilize my managerial and instructional skills to continuously improve service levels.  I maintain  client interest first and apply my ability to accurately forecast possible transaction problems, providing best-result solutions; reflecting my motto: Simply the best service!

 Since my introduction into the real estate industry, I have taken on various challenges.  As a Realtor with experience as a Training Manager, Mentor and now in building a team of associates, I have vitality in my work through leading by example and sharing knowledge with fellow associates. I am well versed in real estate contracts and the art of negotiating in every market. My professionalism in real estate has garnered respect from industry peers with the award of Agent of the Year in 2002,  and clients have affirmed me with numerous recommendations.  I strive to provide quality service and experience that is invaluable in helping you achieve your goals of home ownership.
